Aquila & Priscilla's Eatery and Coffee Bar opened in Springfield, Oregon in April, 2006.  We are a combination of upscale, intimate ambience, fun, healthly foods, and quick service!

Our menu is filled with delicious cafe sandwiches made with the finest ingredients.  They can be served hot off the panini grill or cold, on our fresh-baked Italian loaf or on one of our artisan breads!  We have a new selection of fresh gourmet soups daily... everything from Mushroom and Brie Bisque to Baja Chicken Enchilada and Potato au Gratin.  Our garden fresh salads are sure to please your palate; or try our selection of steaming hot pastas!  We also have a full espresso bar and a mouth-watering bakery case filled with brownies, cheesecakes, and more.  Browse the menu for more details!
